Contractor Fee Agreement *

The Contractor agrees to pay ASAP Bid .5 - 3.5% of the total contract / bid price for each awarded contract obtained through ASAP Bid. Fees will be negotiated prior to accepting each lead. The Contractor agrees to email the awarded contract / bid to cole@asapbid.com right after it has been signed and or agreed upon. The Contractor agrees to notify ASAP Bid when the job is complete, so ASAP Bid can send the customer a Customer Satisfaction Survey to rate the Contractor's performance. The Contractor agrees to pay ASAP Bid right after the contract is signed and or agreed upon. The Contractor agrees to pay ASAP Bid within 14 days after receiving an invoice. The Contractor understands they will be removed from ASAP Bid if they fail to abide by the terms of this agreement.
